Freemedicalclaims.com is located in two tier 4 data centers. One on the west coast and the other on the east coast; both data centers communicate with each other and are configured to service medical providers in an active-active high availability architecture.
Tier 4 data centers are highly avaiable, resilient and fully staffed 24 hours a day. The data centers are equiped with redundant HVAC cooling system, power PDUs and OC3 fiber connections to the Internet.
Network Infrastructure
Our Network is configured with redundant firewalls, Intrusion Detection (IDS) and Intrusion Prevention systems (IPS). All servers are protected with anti-hacking and SSL encryption technology. Servers are security scanned by an independent respected third party, ControlScan; servers are scanned daily. Freemedicalclaims.com privacy policy is confirmed and verified by Trust Guard; our web secured servers are protected by Thawte.
Our servers are in a cluster of web, Application and Database servers. Should one or two of our servers fail, the service is still available and functional; it will take many of our servers to fail to make the service unavailable which is highly unlikely. Freemedicalclaims.com guarantees a 99.99% service availability.
Our Technology
Freemedicalclaims.com has expanded its storage and server capabilities to handle Tens of thousands of medical providers. We can scale our storage to 100 Terabytes or more and add servers to our cluster when necessary.
Our online application is written using state of the art Java and ASP technology. It can run on any windows or Apple computer; and compatible with multiple web browsers including Internet Explorer, Fire Fox, Safari and many others.
We have configured the database servers to replicate your data to both datacenters in real-time so that your data is available from any of our datacenters.
Our electronic claims transmission server are sending claims to all payers frequently usually hourly unless there's a problem; if there's a problem the servers resend the claims until successful. Our servers are continuously polling the Insurance Carriers servers for the most recent provider status reports; this inclujdes Medicare, Medicaid and Blue Shield for all 50 states.
Freemedicalclaims.com fully complies with HIPAA privacy and security standards; our network and servers are polled frequently and reports are regularly reviewed by our technology and IT Security staff for issues, intruders, vulnerabilities and problems.
